Terms & Conditions (Tickets)

Online Access

/Conference Fees
The conference fee includes entry to our online event platform.

Tickets grant access to a single individual and must not be shared with other persons, be they within or outside your organization. Our intelligent systems can identify misuse. If you require group tickets we offer excellent discounts.

Conference fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation.

There will be no retrospective discount if a discount code is not provided at the time of booking

/ Payment Terms
All fees associated with participation at the conference are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If, for any reason, full payment has not been received in advance, you will be required to settle your account before being granted access to the Event.

For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be permitted entry to the Event or our online platform unless full payment has been received by us.

/ Delegate Cancellations
Fees for online access to events are non-refundable.

/ Delegate Substitutions
Tickets can be transferred to another person within your organization prior to logging into our platform. Once you log in, the tickets will become non-transferrable. You can however add additional persons at our group ticket rates.

/ Liability
KGH Concepts GmbH does not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal or business effects of delegates attending our Events - online, onsite or hybrid.

You shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations which may apply in relation to your involvement in the Event and you will indemnify and keep indemnified and defend (at your own expense) us against all costs, claims, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by us or for which we may become liable due to any failure by you or your employees or agents to comply with any of your obligations under this Agreement or any applicable laws and regulations. This includes sharing access details internally within or outside your organization.

For the avoidance of doubt, it shall be your responsibility to take out and maintain appropriate insurance in relation to any risks under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the Event (online, onsite or hybrid.)

Our aggregate liability to you, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of or in connection with this Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Event, shall be limited to the Exhibition/Sponsorship/Delegate (Virtual or Hybrid or Onsite or other attendee pass) Fee paid by you.

We shall not be liable to you for: (i) any loss of profit, loss of or damage to data, loss of anticipated savings or interest, loss of or damage to reputation or goodwill; or (ii) any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind.

/ Data Security
Credit card details and personal information is stored using a secure internet link using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption; any personal information entered or uploaded during the registration process will remain confidential. We utilize third party payment handling providers such as Wix, Stripe, Alipay, Paypal, etc

/ Photos & Videos and Slide Content
KGH Concepts may make on-site photographers and videographers capturing the event. It will also record its online events including talks and online exhibitions. By purchasing a ticket (virtual pass or hybrid pass or onsite pass) and attending the Event (online or onsite) you consent that your photograph or video being taken and used in future Marketing materials. If you wish to opt-out from your face/person being seen in any photos or videos please email khasha@TechBlick.com.

We may also use the content from your presentations (online, onsite or on-demand) to prepare promotional materials and newsletter content for our email and social media marketing. By purchasing this ticket, you consent to this use. If you wish to opt-out please emailkhasha@TechBlick.com. By participating and presenting, you grant KGH Concepts GmbH a limited, royalty-free license to use excerpts of your content (excluding confidential data) for marketing, event highlights, and educational purposes. You can opt out by emailing us 2 weeks in advance.

Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, or broadcasting any session, content, or material presented at the Event — whether online or in-person — without prior written consent from KGH Concepts GmbH or the individual speaker. Making short recordings for marketing purposes is allowed with the permission of the speaker or presenter.

/ Trade Marks
We grant to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Event or Company logos and trade marks (the “Event Marks”) provided to you solely to promote your participation at the Event. You grant to KGH Concepts GmbH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use your logos and trade marks (the “Participant Marks”) to promote and exploit the Event; and for a period of 24months following the Event in any report produced about the Event and in any promotional materials for similar events. You can opt out by emailing us two weeks prior to the start of the online or onsite event. In the event that you change the Participant Marks at any time during the term, you agree that we shall not be obliged to make any consequential changes to materials that include the Participant Marks produced by us or on our behalf for or in connection with the Event (including, but not limited to, reprinting promotional literature or publicity materials or modifying already published or distributed digital content) unless you agree in writing in advance to meet the costs and expenses incurred by us arising from such change.

/ Obligations
KGH Concepts GmbH reserves the right to cancel, defer or otherwise modify the proceedings, agenda, speaker programmes, conference topics, number of talks, masterclasses themes and number without prior notice. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver any of the benefits or features as previously advertised, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable. We may substitute alternative benefits in respect of the same Event to an equivalent value of the relevant benefits without any liability to you. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely responsible for all costs that you incur relating to your attendance at the Event (including, without limitation, any travel costs, the costs of any temporary staff and any costs relating to the exhibition signage, displays and all costs incurred by you in exercising the Event benefits and features, all digital access costs, etc).

KGH Concepts has the right to change event platform supplier at any time without any prior notice.

Note that our events will mainly be online. Therefore, it is possible that there will be connection problems, downtimes, or other similar challenges, both on our events, on the part of speakers or sponsors, and on the part of event platform suppliers. In such cases, we assume no liability and responsibility.

We strive to keep as many presentations available on -demand as possible. However, in cases where the speakers denied permissions, we will not be able to keep the content on demand. We assume no liability and responsibility in such cases.

/ Platform Failure, Cancellations and Force Majeure
In the event of failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement as a result of an event or series of connected events outside the reasonable control of KGH Concepts GmbH (including, without limitation, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, acts or threats of terrorism, strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action or a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness) no refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations. In case of failure of our selected third-party event software such as the streaming software or the event platform, KGH Concepts GmbH does not assume any liability and does not offer refunds. KGH Concepts will do its best to substitute its software suppliers as soon as it reasonably can and to provide a content of similar value as judged by KGH Concepts GmbH.

/ Confidentiality
Each party shall treat in confidence all information obtained from the other pursuant to this Agreement that is confidential in nature (which shall include details of any Fees paid) and shall use such confidential information solely for the purpose of exercising its rights or performing its obligations under this Agreement.

/ Anti-Bribery
You warrant that you shall: comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption; comply with such of our anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies as are notified to you from time to time; and promptly report to us any request or demand for any undue financial or other advantage of any kind received by or on behalf of you in connection with the performance of this Agreement. Breach of this clause shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

/ Signing up to the platform
Once you sign up you will receive a link to our online platform. You will need to configure your own profile on our platform. When you buy a ticket, your details will be forwarded to our online platform supplier(s)

By registering, you consent to your contact details and basic profile information being shared with our platform provider(s) for the purpose of enabling event access, networking functions, and attendee visibility. We do not sell or share this data for any other purpose.

/ No Right of Withdrawal for B2B (EU eCommerce Rule)
As this purchase is made by a business entity or professional representative, the statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws does not apply. This applies to onsite and online and hybrid events.

/ Behaviour and Conduct Clause
Participants - online or onsite- must behave professionally. The organizer reserves the right to deny or remove access without refund in case of disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour. This applies to onsite and online and hybrid events.

/ Exclusion of Warranties
Except as expressly set out in these Terms, we do not make any representations or warranties (express or implied) concerning the Event (online, onsite, hybrid, live or on-demand, etc), and all warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

/ Termination Clause
KGH Concepts GmbH reserves the right to terminate your access to the Event (virtual or physical or hybrid, live or on-demand) without refund if you breach these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing of access, disruptive behavior, or non-payment. Termination will be effective immediately upon notification by us.

/ No Partnership
Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the parties. Neither party shall have any authority to bind the other in any way.

/ Assignment and Business Transfer

KGH Concepts GmbH reserves the right to assign, transfer, or novate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any affiliated or successor entity, including in the event of a merger, acquisition, internal restructuring, or sale of assets or business operations, whether within or outside the European Union. By participating in or registering for the onsite or onsite events or platform as exhibitor, sponsor, or attendee/participant, you consent to such transfer, and agree that your agreement and relationship with KGH Concepts GmbH may be continued with any such successor entity.

You may not assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of KGH Concepts GmbH.

/ Refunds in Case of Business Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that KGH Concepts GmbH voluntarily ceases operations and is no longer able to deliver any of its virtual services or onsite events,, including the online platform, you may request a partial refund as follows:

For virtual annual passes or virtual exhibition packages, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your access.
For onsite (in-person) events, if the Event is cancelled by KGH Concepts GmbH and not due to force majeure, you will be entitled to a full refund of the onsite part of any fees paid for tickets or exhibition packages related to that specific Event. The online and onsite parts are treated as having equal weight.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Submit a written request within 15 calendar days of the cancellation or official cessation notice;
Provide proof of purchase and identify the product or Event in question;
Ensure that the Event or service is still within its originally valid access period at the time of cessation.

KGH Concepts GmbH reserves the right to review, verify, and approve or deny any such request at its sole discretion. Any approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.

KGH Concepts GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel, accommodation, or lost business opportunities.

No refunds or compensation will be provided in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, governmental restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

/Jurisdiction

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Physical Access for Hybrid Tickets

During the in-person physical show, lunch and refreshments may be provided. The fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation which remain the responsibility of the attendee.

There will be no retrospective discount if a discount code is not provided at the time of booking.

In the case of hybrid tickets only (not exhibition packages), a partial cancellation is possible. When canceled three, two, and one months in advance you will receive 80%, 70%, and 50% refund of the value of the physical part stated on your invoice. No cancellations within the last month are possible.

/ Health and Safety Disclaimer
Attendance at the physical venue is at your own risk. KGH Concepts GmbH shall not be held liable for any illness, injury, or accidents occurring during your participation in the event, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. We strongly recommend that you obtain personal health and travel insurance prior to attending

You shall be responsible for any damage caused by you or your representatives (including employees, contractors, and agents) to the venue, facilities, or any third-party equipment provided or on display at the show including those of exhibiting entities. KGH Concepts GmbH reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement costs and any related expenses. You agree to promptly reimburse such amounts upon request.

/ Food, Drink, and Allergy Disclaimer
KGH Concepts GmbH may provide food, beverages, and refreshments at the Event. While we strive to ensure a safe and inclusive environment, we cannot guarantee that food or drink served is free from allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, soy, etc.).

It is your responsibility to inform catering staff directly of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or intolerances. KGH Concepts GmbH accepts no liability for any allergic reactions, injuries, or illness resulting from the consumption of food or drink at the Event.

You acknowledge that the consumption of hot food and beverages involves inherent risks (e.g. spills, burns, or slips), and you do so at your own risk. KGH Concepts GmbH shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from catering-related incidents, except where caused by its own gross negligence. Where food and beverages are provided by a third-party catering company, KGH Concepts GmbH accepts no responsibility or liability for any acts or omissions of the caterer, including negligence.

/ Alcohol Consumption
Alcoholic beverages may be served at some portions of the Event. Attendees consuming alcohol must do so responsibly and in accordance with local laws. KGH Concepts GmbH accepts no responsibility for any injury, illness, conduct, or damages resulting from the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to any participant and to remove anyone behaving inappropriately, without refund.

/Insurance and Risk Acknowledgement
All attendees at the physical event are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate personal, liability, travel, and health insurance prior to attending. Attendance is at your own risk. KGH Concepts GmbH accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, theft, travel disruption, or personal property damage incurred during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You acknowledge that by attending the Event in person, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

/ Medical Emergencies and First Aid
KGH Concepts GmbH does not provide onsite medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, it is your responsibility to seek assistance from local emergency services. Any first aid rendered by venue staff, third parties, or fellow attendees is done so voluntarily, and KGH Concepts GmbH assumes no liability for outcomes of such assistance.

/ Slips, Trips, and Falls
You acknowledge that by attending the in-person event, you may be exposed to common venue hazards such as cables, temporary structures, or uneven surfaces. You agree to exercise reasonable caution and understand that KGH Concepts GmbH accepts no liability for injuries from slips, trips, or falls unless caused by our gross negligence.

/ Crowd-Related Incidents
You are responsible for your own conduct during the Event. KGH Concepts GmbH shall not be liable for any injuries or harm arising from crowd movement, pushing, or other attendee actions unless directly caused by our gross negligence or failure to implement reasonable safety measures.

/ Live demonstrations
TechBlick events may feature live demonstration features that include an inherent risk, however small or well-mitigated. Participation in these features is voluntary, however, by registering for the conference you acknowledge that you agree to the following waiver www.TechBlick.com/demowaiver

/ Liability
KGH Concepts GmbH does not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the conference.

You shall comply with all relevant laws and regulations which may apply in relation to your involvement in the Event and you will indemnify and keep indemnified and defend (at your own expense) us against all costs, claims, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by us or for which we may become liable due to any failure by you or your employees or agents to comply with any of your obligations under this contract or any applicable laws and regulations. This includes sharing access details internally within or outside your organization.

For the avoidance of doubt, it shall be your responsibility to take out and maintain appropriate insurance in relation to any risks under or in relation to these Term and Conditions or your participation in the Event.

Our aggregate liability to you, whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind howsoever arising, out of or in connection with this contract or otherwise in connection with the Event, shall be limited to the Exhibition/Delegate Fee/Ticket/Annual Pass fees paid by you.

We shall not be liable to you, and you shall not be liable to us, for for: (i) any loss of profit, loss of or damage to data, loss of anticipated savings or interest, loss of or damage to reputation or goodwill; or (ii) any indirect, special or consequential damages, loss, costs, claims or expenses of any kind.

/ Third-Party Services Disclaimer
KGH Concepts GmbH may rely on third-party providers for venue services (e.g. internet access, catering, audio visual services, or security). We are not liable for service delays, outages, or failures caused by these providers, nor for any losses or damages arising as a result.

/ Visa
All attendees requiring visas may request a visa invitation letter from KGH Concepts GmbH (tda TechBlick) at the time of booking; you must ensure that sufficient time is given for applications to be completed. KGH Concepts GmbH. cannot be held liable for any costs associated with visa applications or subsequent costs incurred by you due to unsuccessful visa applications.

/ Photos & Videos and Slide Content
KGH Concepts may have official on-site photographers and videographers capturing the event. In the event that you change the Participant Marks at any time during the term, you agree that we shall not be obliged to make any consequential changes to materials that include the Participant Marks produced by us or on our behalf for or in connection with the Event (including, but not limited to, reprinting promotional literature or publicity materials) unless you agree in writing in advance to meet the costs and expenses incurred by us arising from such change.

If for any reason, we are unable to deliver any of the benefits or features as previously advertised, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable. We may substitute alternative benefits in respect of the same Event or same content to an equivalent value of the relevant benefits without any liability to you.

You acknowledge and agree that you shall be solely responsible for all costs that you incur relating to your attendance at TechBlick online and in-person physical events as an annual pass holder or exhibitor (including, without limitation, any travel costs, the costs of any temporary staff and any costs relating to the exhibition content production, video production, transport of samples and machinery, and similar and all costs incurred by you in exercising the benefits and features of TechBlick events).

You shall promptly comply with all reasonable instructions and directions issued by or on behalf of us in connection with TechBlick and KGH Concepts GmbH’s events and its promotion (including, without limitation, any instructions or directions given in relation to the use of the venue at which the Event is being held). We shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in providing any of the benefits where such failure occurs directly or indirectly as a result of your failure or delay in complying with any of our reasonable instructions or directions.

KGH Concepts has the right to change event platform supplier at any time without any prior notice.

It is possible that in online or hybrid there will be connection problems, downtimes, or other similar challenges, both on our events, on the part of speakers or exhibitors, and on the part of event platform suppliers. In such cases, we assume no liability and responsibility.

In the event of failure or delay in performing its obligations under this contract as a result of an event or series of connected events outside the reasonable control of KGH Concepts GmbH (including, without limitation, acts of God, floods, lightning, storm, fire, explosion, war, military operations, pandemic or endemic like Covid or similar, acts or threats of terrorism, strike action, lock-outs or other industrial action or a pandemic, epidemic or other widespread illness) no refunds will be given in respect of any cancellations. In case of failure of our selected third-party event software such as the streaming software or the event platform, KGH Concepts GmbH does not assume any liability and does not offer refunds. KGH Concepts will do its best and endeavour to substitute its software suppliers as soon as it reasonably can and to provide a content of similar value as judged by KGH Concepts GmbH.

/ Covid
In case we have to cancel the event, either because local authorities ban events or impose social distancing rules which render the event unviable as per our judgement or similar covid related reasons, we will refund you the value of the physical part and keep your online access and services valid for the remainder of your contract. That means for hybrid tickets that their ticket will revert to virtual-only annual pass, and the remaining value will be refunded or carried over to the next year. Note that we assign 75% of the agreed value of this contract to the year-round virtual component and the reminder to the physical part.

In case social distancing rules are imposed and the event still goes ahead although at a reduced capacity, exhibitors will have priority over non-exhibitor attendees, and will retain their spot in so far as possible. In such cases where we are able to keep your ticket spot, we will offer no refunds.

We may only allow vaccinated and recovered persons to enter the space in order to provide a safe environment for all our participants - if this is required or recommended by local authorities. We will then require proof of vaccination and/or recovery at the entrance. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund. In case you book, and are unable to provide evidence, we will refuse entry and do not provide a refund. You will retain your annual online access to all our online events including to the online version of this event. Should the prevailing rules and guidelines given by the responsible authorities change, including about mask and vaccine mandates, we will also update our guidelines accordingly

As a participant you agree that we as the conference organizers have no liability and no responsibility whatsoever in case you become ill with Covid or any other disease during your stay for the conference/exhibition and during your participation. This applies even if we change our entrance policy as allow everyone in the venue including untested and unvaccinated persons. We strongly recommend that you take out your own personal health insurance.

/ Behaviour and Conduct Clause

Participants must behave professionally. The organizer reserves the right to deny or remove access without refund in case of disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour. This applies to onsite and online and hybrid events.

/Accessibility & Special Needs Clause

If you have specific accessibility needs (physical or digital), please contact us at least 3 months in advance so we can accommodate where possible. We will notify you if it is not possible in advance due to venue or platform limitations.

/ Confidentiality
Each party shall treat in confidence all information obtained from the other pursuant to this Agreement that is confidential in nature (which shall include details of any Fees paid) and shall use such confidential information solely for the purpose of exercising its rights or performing its obligations under this Agreement.

/ Exclusion of Warranties

You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of KGH Concepts GmbH. We may assign or transfer any of our rights or obligations without your prior written consent in connection with a business transfer, sale of assets, sales of IP rights, business restructuring or sub-contracting, or similar transaction.

/ Assignment and Business Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, or otherwise deal with any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of KGH Concepts GmbH.

/ Refunds in Case of Business Discontinuation

/ Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KGH Concepts GmbH in relation to your participation in the Event and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations and discussions. No amendment shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

/ Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

/ Survival

Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive the termination or expiration of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

/ Changes to T&Cs

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. We must also notify you per email if the change is material. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly. Continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

/ Anti-Bribery
You warrant that you shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption; and promptly report to us any request or demand for any undue financial or other advantage of any kind received by or on behalf of you in connection with the performance of this contract.

/Jurisdiction
This contract and the rights and obligations of both parties shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, the parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
