Event Administrator


Remote, Flexible, Full or Part time

About the Role

TechBlick requires additional administrative support for our growing Events Platform. This role is home based anywhere in either Germany or the UK. However, it is essential that the candidate can speak English. There is a high degree of flexibility with working hours in this role and this can be discussed at the interview stage.

The main purpose of the role is to carry out general event administration. This includes handling attendee queries, working with media partners, issuing contracts & invoices and help with promoting the events across various media platforms and well as attending our events. Full training will be given.


The candidate will need to be a team player, organised and able to work under pressure. Accuracy and attention to detail is important as is a confident telephone manner and proficiency with the Google Office Suite. The ability to travel too would be occasionally necessary as we hold events in Europe and the USA.

You should be educated to at least 'A' Level (UK)/Abitur (Germany) and preferably Degree Level. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.
