UDC, through its subsidiary UVJC (Universal Vapor Jet Corporation), is developing and commercializing UVJP—a transformative dry, solvent-free printing and deposition technology. UVJP is designed to meet the growing demands of precision additive manufacturing, while offering greater efficiency and sustainability. By revolutionising thin-film jet printing technology, UVJP has the potential to unlock the fabrication of devices and materials previously unattainable with conventional methods, facilitating cleaner, faster, and more intelligent manufacturing processes.
UVJP enables manufacturers to deposit and pattern high-value functional materials in ways conventional processes cannot—cleanly, precisely, and at low temperature. By replacing workflows that depend heavily on solvents and lithography with a digitally programmable, solvent-free, and mask-less deposition platform, UVJP eliminates the need for lithography steps and minimizes the risk of failures associated with solvent-sensitive materials.
