MicroLED Displays: Technology and Applications

After describing the basics of microLED displays and how they compare to other display technologies such as LCD and OLED, the class will walk through the different microLED manufacturing process flows and discuss the major manufacturing and technological challenges as well as the solutions being proposed at each step. We will also look at the suitability of microLED display for various consumer applications.
