Reliability of copper-based printed electronic Flexible circuits

Christophe Sansregret, process development engineer in printed electronics and advanced packaging at C2MI. Mr. Sansregret joined C2MI in 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is responsible for the development of printed electronics processes at C2MI with a focus on flexible and printed electronics production through additive manufacturing. Mr Sansregret is currently developing processes for the integration of surface mounted electronic components on flexible substrates using copper inks in collaboration mainly with the École des Technologies Supérieurs (ÉTS). Mr Sansregret also actively participates in conferences in the field or printed electronics and ecofriendly electronics in order to stay abreast of the latest developments and to share C2MI’s expertise. He presented at the International Conference for Electronics Hardware Enabling Technologies in 2021.
