Applications such as textile electrodes, touch, capacity, and proximity sensors, conductive paths, and pads will be presented as well as the electrical connection of LED sequins and the ZSK-E-Tex-Board on a ZSK embroidery machine. The electrical connections between electronic parts and textiles are automatically stitched by the embroidery machine. Due to the high level of automatization of the embroidery technology, it can be used for the mass production of E-Textiles but already during the early stage of the development of prototypes.
